The clinician will delve into the internal damage and neurological impingements of the patient and the source of the pain.

The assessment includes a full medical history ‘Review’ and a ‘Dynamic’ assessment of the body moving on a treadmill; to assess the negative weight loading and the negative shearing and torsional forces each step and the effect of gravity and fatigue on the skeletal structure while the body moves dynamically.
