BiOMECHANICAL POSTURAL PAIN ASSESSMENT

The assessment includes a full medical history ‘Review’ and a ‘Dynamic’ assessment of the body moving on a treadmill; to assess the negative weight loading and the negative shearing and torsional forces each step and the effect of gravity and fatigue on the skeletal structure while the body moves dynamically.

BiOMECHANICAL PELVIC PAIN ASSESSMENT

This more specialist Pelvic Pain assessment; also includes a full medical history ‘Review’ and a ‘Dynamic’ assessment of the body moving on a treadmill; to assess the negative weight loading and the negative shearing and torsional forces each step and the effect of gravity and fatigue on the skeletal structure while the body moves dynamically.

However, in addition the clinician will delve deeper in questioning re the internal damage and neurological impingements of the patient – during all activities in life; non recreational and recreational. Focusing on pre and post child birth or surgery – to look to prepare the body for the event or recuperate the body post the event. In both men and women, post-surgery is always an intense time; re the neurology and can cause many internal problems with the pelvic floor.

ELITE ATHLETE BiOMECHANICAL ASSESSMENT

CiONE has long been involved in ‘elite’ sport and will do an elite assessment and ‘program of care’ for athletes that are struggling day to day. This assessment is more sport specific and the program the patient comes on to, will be tailored to their specific area of focus to help them achieve their goals.
